more Days of Our Lives ranting

So last week, on the night before John's Bernie Madoff trial, everyone gathered at the Brady Pub (where else) to get together. A sniper was of course waiting outside and shot up the whole place, missing everyone. Great sniper. Then Gianni went missing and is allegedly dead if we are to believe today's show (I never believe these people are dead on this show).

Oh, good, as I'm watching, I see that it isn't him. But what's important to note is that Sami and EJ think it is. EJ and Sami found out via the news that Gianni was dead. A few minutes later, Rafe was at the crime scene and told Bo and Hope that the body wasn't Gianni. Meanwhile, back at the DiMera mansion, EJ was breaking down at the news and Sami showed up. She was blaming John for this whole mess and he was about to correct her when the news came on "confirming" that Gianni was dead. I see where this is going...he won't confess because he can leverage this to get back in Sami's pants.


Which also means that this horrible John as a corporate embezzler storyline will go on FOREVER.

I was sure I had a point when I started this rant, but I guess I don't.
