There was a LOT of tri tip left over after our birthday meatfest. I took a large tri tip home and left a bunch with Mike's parents to enjoy. I brought some to school for my students and had a tri tip sandwich one night. Then, I put the tri tip in a crock pot with some beef broth so I would be able to shred the meat and use it in a variety of ways. I ended up tossing it in some Kinder's BBQ sauce
